John Collins

Owner Director Tudor Catering
John became the Executive Chef to the Sydney Cricket Grounds, Moore Park Showground and Sydney Entertainment Centre at just 21 years of age.

He has been involved in many world class events such as the opening of the “Esplanade Hotel” in Fremantle for the “America’s Cup” the world’s most famous yacht race where he enjoyed catering for many a dignitaries and celebrities.

Returning to Sydney and commencing his own successful catering company “Tudor Catering” he went on to become involved with catering at the Sydney Royal Easter Show for more than 21 years.

In 2009 one of John’s most challenging career roles to date was also to become his own personal highlight. World Youth Day in Sydney, being a part of an experienced 7 man team and achieving the distribution of approximately 3 Million meals in 7 days!

food and also by the friendly & professional way that you presented everything on the night.
